By Production of second season of the hit series House of the Dragon is already in full gear starting earlier this month and everyone is eager to learn a little bit more about it. As such, we do have a new morsel of information to digest.
Filming Harrenhal Scenes in House of the Dragon S2
We’ve been informed that among the footage that is currently being shot are scenes located in the castle of Harrenhal. We last saw the haunting castle in the second half of the first season, when the Strongs met their untimely end.
We don’t know what exactly is being filmed in Harrenhal these days, but just going by logic it could likely involve Daemon Targaryen (Matt Smith) taking the castle and the aftermath of that.
Daemon is also to meet Alys Rivers there as per a now-deleted audtion tape from Emily Beecham. In it, Alys patches an injured Daemon up, but has a reasonable amount of pleasure in teasing him about his personal and public life.
We still don’t know who plays Alys in House of the Dragon, but we sure hope to find out soon.
