The HBO hit series House of the Dragon is filming outdoors again this month! News on the Matt Smith, Emma D’Arcy, and Olivia Cooke starring hit series has been sparse since they moved back to the studio in July after nearly a month of outdoor shoots in Wales, but we’ll have more news this month. The continuing strike by the Writers Guild of America and the Screen Actors Guild has also cast a gloom over the series with some actors and writers being part of the striking guilds.
House Lannister, meet House Lefford
One of the scenes shot at Caesar’s camp today was House Lannister meeting House Lefford. The latter is a small house sworn to House Lannister and their castle holds the entrance to the Westerlands from the east.
As far as we can tell, there are no familiar faces here, but thanks to photographer UnBoxPHD, we have several really good shots at the Lannister and armors as well as the scenery as a whole. Take a look:
UPDATE: On two of the pictures, we can see a man in a much fancier armor and his horse has fancier armor as well. While we don’t see his face, it could be Jason Lannister played by Jefferson Hall.
