By It has been a minute since we had a proper update on the second season of Amazon’s The Rings of Power. Filming for it has been going on in various spots in England and particularly Surrey. Now, we finally have something very interesting!
Isildur with his female companion
We can exclusively reveal a brand new photo of Maxim Baldry as Isildur filming a scene a few days ago in Frensham Little Pond. Beside him is Nia Towle, who plays a new character in The Rings of Power Season 2.
Could Nia Towle be playing Isildur’s future wife? It’s definitely a possibility. Sadly, Tolkien never gave her a name so we cannot even speculate on Nia Towle’s character’s name.
Speaking of character names, we did find out that Yasen Atour (The Witcher) plays a character codenamed ‘Hurst’ in The Rings of Power Season 2.
