Lauren Hissrich and Freya Allan to attend MCM London Comic Con for Witcher

With the Lucca Comics & Games festival just around the corner, Witcher fans can prepare for a special end of October/Halloween celebration – and it seems we’ll be getting even more content and sooner than expected. MCM London Comic Con just announced that showrunner Lauren S Hissrich and lead actress Freya Allan (Ciri) will attend an exclusive panel on Sunday October 27 at 12:00, talking about the show and revealing “new footage”!

That leaves several exciting possibilities. Dare we hope for some sort of substantial new material like the exclusive clips shown at SDCC or even a new teaser? Whatever the case, fans from the United Kingdom can look forward to an immersive Witcher experience, as the event will also feature a special experiential photo booth, serving as an introduction to the world of The Witcher across the weekend from October 25 to 27.

Not long ago, it was revealed that The Witcher would host a panel at the Italian event Lucca Comics and Games, with series author Andrzej Sapkowski joining showrunner Lauren Hissrich and stars Allan and Anya Chalotra (Yennefer) on the stage, where they are expected to debut the show’s first full-length trailer. The panel and trailer are slated for October 31, though the exact time is yet to be revealed.

As always, Redanian Intelligence will be covering these events, so keep an eye out for our reports!

  1. I don’t like the fact that there is no vid from the panel. Those panela are basically interview so why the hell it wasn’t allowed to film it? I don’t get it & I feel like The Witcher has very bad managing
